Fermented cool with our preferred house ale yeast for a touch of residual sweetness and a luxurious mouthfeel. Blended with sea salt for increased quenchability. A beefed up version from our standard Darwins Forehead porter recipe, we have always wanted to amp up the abv in the form of an imperial porter. Available for the first time, this beer comically celebrates the incredibly large forehead of Charles Darwin, the extraordinarily complex and contemplative father of evolution.
