Mindful Movement Class
Create physical and mental awareness in the transition in seasons and to ground into our bodies in a way that honors who they are (and in a way that honors the Earth).
Caitlin Doherty (she/her) is a Mindful Movement Witch and believes that we don’t need to change who we are to care for ourselves. She helps people who have been left out of traditional wellness spaces, and folks who want to do things differently, learn to connect with their bodies again and bring more of what they desire into their lives on their terms. She creates space for people to connect to themselves and others through group work, gentle movement, mindfulness, reflection and somatic awareness practices.
