Foraging Workshop with Chris Bennett
Take a walk through the woods and identify some of our region’s useful and edible plants with Chris Bennett, author of “Southeast Foraging”. Along the way, we will forage for plants to add to a sahti -an ancient style of beer. Workshop includes plant walk, foraging guidance, instruction and history of brewing with the ingredients foraged, and a bottle or 4 pack of the beer brewed during the workshop.
