Mashed with local barley and wheat malts courtesy of Riverbend Malt House of Asheville, North Carolina. Fermented with our mixed house cultures in a beautiful wooden foeder until bone dry. Injected with 500 gallons of locally-grown, brewer-processed, watermelon purée. Aged additionally on organic lime zest and heaps of tulsi (holy basil) grown by our friends at The Chefs Farmer of Shelby, North Carolina. Blended with sea salt and lime juice upon bottling. Conditioned naturally inside the bottle and keg with brettanomyces yeast.
