Brewed with WNC Malt barley, wheat and rye. Fermented with our mixed house cultures and aged in neutral oak. Transferred out of oak and refermented on a massive amount of local blackberries and a touch of local fennel. Transferred off of the fruit and back into freshly dumped red wine barrels for further maturation. Conditioned naturally in the bottle for five months.

$18/Bottle. 3 bottle limit.

Transferred out of oak and refermented on a massive amount of local blueberries and local elderberries from our friends at Indian Grove Farms. Transferred off of the fruit and back into freshly dumped red wine barrels for further maturation. Conditioned naturally in the bottle for five months.

$18/500ml bottle. 7 bottle limit.
